A-Z Home Solutions buys directly, so there is no listing, no showings and no waiting on a buyer's bank. When we put a house under contract, we plan to close it. His partner Alberto works with Spanish-speaking homeowners, so you can have the whole conversation in Spanish. Austin also holds a Texas real estate license, so if listing would clearly net you more than selling direct, he'll tell you that.
